What can I expect from the event?
Eonarium presents Enlightenment, a spectacular light and sound show inspired by Vivaldi's masterpiece The Four Seasons. Experience the beauty of spring, summer, autumn, and winter through immersive visuals that perfectly complement the interior of the Church of the Royal College of the Piarist Schools, in the heart of Valencia.

The event will be held at the Parroquia de la Sagrada Familia, located at Puebla 144, Roma Norte, Cuauhtémoc, 06700 Mexico City, CDMX.

This experience takes place indoors.
How long does the experience last?
On average, guests spend around 30 minutes inside the experience.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available for sale at this event.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, this venue does not have parking. We recommend using public transportation or looking for nearby parking options.
Will there be additional sessions?
We cannot guarantee additional dates. Please check the experience page for the most up-to-date availability, as those are the confirmed dates and times.
Can I bring food or drinks into the venue?
No, food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
ABOUT THE TICKETS
Can I buy tickets at the door?
There will be a box office on-site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive, so we recommend reserving your tickets in advance to secure your spot. You can purchase tickets through the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply click on "Transfer tickets" in your ticket on the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Your ticket can be found in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Be sure to log in using the same method used when purchasing. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app under the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, download it from the Apple Store or Google Play and log in with the same account used to make the purchase. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours before your session. If you wish to make a change, please contact us and include the ticket identifier associated with your purchase (What is the ticket identifier?). You can also check if this option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App, where a "Change date and/or time" button will appear if enabled. Follow the steps provided to modify your ticket. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, please review our T&Cs.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. Late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event will take place in an accessible venue.
Which items are prohibited? Can I smoke or vape?
Flash photography, alcohol, cigarettes, vapes, and anything that may disturb others are not allowed. We reserve the right to deny entry to guests carrying prohibited items. Food and drinks are also not permitted inside the venue.
Is the experience accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments?
People with hearing impairments can fully enjoy this experience as it is primarily visual; however, we do not recommend this event for individuals with visual impairments.
Will there be strobe lights?
There will be no strobe lights. The show contains bright and flashing lights which may cause discomfort and/or seizures for individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.
Are seats available? Can I sit during the experience?
This is a seated experience, and seating will be available for all guests.
Will restrooms be available on-site?
Yes, restrooms are available. Please ask our staff on-site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take and share photos. When taking pictures, please be mindful of other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. Flash photography is also not allowed.
Where can I inquire about lost items?
We recommend asking the on-site staff if your belongings have been found. If you are unable to ask on-site, please contact us.
Is there a coat check?
Unfortunately, this venue does not offer a coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, this experience can be enjoyed by guests of all ages, but we ask that you be mindful of noise and respectful of others' enjoyment. Our staff will be available to assist you should you or someone in your group need to step out briefly during the session.
