What can I expect from PROJEKTIL presents INFINITY? PROJEKTIL presents INFINITY is an immersive light show in the beautiful Heiliggeistkirche in Heidelberg. The 30-minute show surrounds visitors from the very first seconds with enchanting music and magical animations projected onto all walls and the ceiling.
Where does the show take place? The show takes place in the Heiliggeistkirche, Hauptstraße 189, 69117 Heidelberg.
Is the show indoors or outdoors? The show takes place indoors — inside the church.
How long does the show last? The show lasts 30 minutes.
Is the show accessible for people with hearing impairments? Yes. The show is visually designed, so people with hearing impairments can enjoy it as well.
Is the show suitable for light-sensitive people? No, unfortunately the show is not suitable for people with photophobia.
Can I take photos or videos during the show? Yes, you may take photos/videos and share them on social media. If you like, feel free to tag the artist collective organizing the event: @projektilart. Please be careful when taking photos and deactivate the flash so as not to disturb other visitors. Professional camera equipment and/or tripods are not allowed.
Are there chairs? Can I sit during the show? There are plenty of seating options such as chairs and seat cushions.
Are there restrooms on site? No, unfortunately the venue does not have any restrooms.

ACCESS TO THE EVENT

How early should I arrive? We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before the start time printed on your ticket. Since another show usually takes place beforehand, you unfortunately cannot enter the venue earlier.
What happens if I arrive late? If you arrive a bit late, you will miss a few minutes of the show, but of course you may still enter and enjoy the rest.
Can I bring animals? Unfortunately, animals cannot be brought into the venue.
Is there a minimum age? No, the event is suitable for all ages. For people with young children: the first two time slots of the day are marked as especially family-friendly.
Is the venue accessible for wheelchair users? Yes, there is wheelchair access to the venue. Please contact our ticketing team for more detailed information.
Do people who require a companion due to a disability receive a discount for that person? For every paying visitor with a "Schwerbehindertenausweis B" (German disability ID with "B" designation), a free companion ticket can be obtained directly on site at the ticket counter. For larger groups, please contact the organizer in advance.
Are there parking spaces on site? No, there are no parking spaces available. We strongly recommend coming by public transport.
Does the event take place in bad weather? Yes, the event takes place indoors, and the venue is fully covered.
Which items are prohibited at the event? Cameras with flash, alcohol and open beverages, and anything that could disturb other guests or distract from enjoying the show.

Can I buy tickets on site? You can buy tickets on site during the event's opening hours, and only for the next upcoming show, as long as it is not sold out.
Where can I buy tickets? – In the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store – On the Fever website
Are tickets refundable? What are the exchange conditions? Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In this case, please contact us and include your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
Can I exchange my tickets for another date/time or another category? We may be able to help you rebook or exchange your tickets for another date, time, or ticket category, provided it is not sold out. Please contact us for further details and remember to include your ticket order number.
Where can I get official tickets for this event? Official tickets for "PROJEKTIL Infinity, an immersive light show in Neu-Ulm" are available exclusively through Fever. Tickets are not sold on other websites or ticket platforms.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do? You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app under the "Tickets" section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure you log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets.
